50th Anniversary

1st April 2024 marked 50 years since North Turton Parish Council was founded as a successor to Turton Urban District Council. In the intervening half-century, the Parish Council has sought to represent the villages of Chapeltown/Turton, Belmont and Edgworth/Quarlton as the tier of local government closest to, and most directly accessible by, our Communities.
